Für den Ausbau unserer Schweizer Geschäftes suchen wir eine/n Commercial Manager / Legal Councel für die Deutschschweiz. In dieser Funktion können Sie im Raum **Basel**, **Zürich** oder **Bern** tätig sein.
- In dieser Funktion sind sie verantwortlich das Geschäft von GWS Schweiz zu unterstützen, indem Sie die wichtigsten Stakeholder beraten, um so zu langfristigen Wachstum und Rentabilität beitragen.

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:
- Beteiligung am Verkaufs-, Ausschreibungs
- oder Neuausschreibungsverfahren
- Annahme und Vereinbarung der besten Verhandlungsstrategie mit internen Stakeholdern
- Teilnahme an Kundenbesprechungen, Vertragsbesprechungen oder Projektbesprechungen zur Förderung optimaler Lösungen
- Bereitstellung von Zusammenfassungen und Schulungen zu Vertragspflichten
- Durchführung von Schulungen zu rechtlichen und kommerziellen Themen
- Beratung in der Ausschreibungsphase und während des Vertragslebenszyklus
- Aufklärung und Beeinflussung von Stakeholdern im Beschaffungsprozess, um die Einhaltung der Vorschriften für alle Lieferanten zu gewährleisten
**Ihr Profil**:
- Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Recht, Ingenieurwesen oder Bauwesen
- Erfahrung mit Outsourcing, Facility Management, Bau
- und Wartungsverträgen ist sehr wünschenswert.
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen rechtlichen / Kommerziellen Funktion in den Bereichen Gebäudemanagement, Gebäudedienstleistungen und Projekte.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem breiten Spektrum interner und externer Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen sowie in der Schulung und Überzeugung dieser Stakeholder
- Kooperativer Ansatz mit der Fähigkeit, kurzfristige Anforderungen und Ergebnisse zu maximieren und gleichzeitig langfristige, produktive Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
