Votre profil Expérience minimum de 5 ans en fusions-acquisitions : banque d'affaires, fonds de private equity, Transaction Services, Corporate M&A;Solides compétences techniques, notamment sur des deals small / mid cap : modélisation et analyse financière, documentation juridique, structuration, levée de financement, etc.; Capacité d'origination; Maitrise courante du français et de l'anglais (C1) – l'allemand est un plus; Diplôme d'une école de commerce ou d'ingénieur (ou cursus universitaire équivalent).
