**HR ACCOUNT MANAGER/ ENGINEERING&MANUFACTURING**
- **Principali mansioni**:_
- Gestire contatti con clienti esistenti e attività di prospect/ attività PR/ Business Development/ partecipazione a eventi e fiere di settore
- Gestire attività di Headhunting/ Networking e definizione e sviluppo di azioni mirate allo sviluppo della divisione Engineering&Manufacturing
- Esaminare le tendenze del mercato e dei settori ed individuare nuove iniziative volte ad aumentare il business
- Contribuire a progetti trasversali (coaching, social media projects, tavole rotonde etc) insieme al resto del team
- **Requisiti**_**:
- Esperienza maturata nel medesimo ruolo, preferibilmente presso società di Recruiting e in ambito Engineering&Manufacturing, di almeno 4-5 anni
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
