Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

The Manager, IT Support Services (EU) oversees IT support services in the EU Region, strategizing and managing operations effectively. They lead the development and maintenance of IT support structures, including Network, IT Security, AV-Collaboration, and asset management. Acting as a liaison to corporate IT teams, the manager ensures the team's performance aligns with organizational objectives and provides mentorship for career growth.


Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement IT Support processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability for a $2B business.
- Build and motivate a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional service support and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess support needs, develop solutions, and ensure team readiness in IT technologies.
- Establish leadership within the department to facilitate future growth.
- Produce department metrics, maintain service level agreements, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Implement processes and technologies to support the department's growth effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and serve as a key escalation point for support technicians.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Systems Support Services Management within a multinational corporation.
- Proficiency in English; French fluency is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric focus.
- Ability to engage with senior management and drive results collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a knack for timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management, ITIL certification is advantageous.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
