Lead Developer

- Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Erweiterung komplexer IT-Architekturen, einschließlich unseres Online-Redaktionssystems, unserer Website mit CMS sowie weiteren zentralen Services.
- Du gewährleistest die Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Performance unserer Systeme.
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Technologiestrategien, die unsere Geschäftsziele unterstützen, besonders im Hinblick auf die Integration von KI.
- Du förderst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Innovationen in unseren technischen Lösungen.
- Du führst unser Softwareentwicklungsteam strategisch und unterstützt es durch Coaching.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team und externen Partnern baust du ein Netzwerk aus Freelancern und externen Dienstleistern auf.
- Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst sowohl interne als auch externe Softwareentwicklungsprojekte, stets unter Einhaltung von Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben.
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um technische Anforderungen effektiv zu verstehen und umzusetzen.
- Du hast ein tiefgehendes Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur und aktuellen Entwicklungstechnologien.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb komplexer Microservice-Architekturen.
- Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in IT-Projektmanagement und Teamleitung.
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es dir, passende Lösungen für komplexe Anforderungen zu entwickeln.
- Du kennst dich aus mit Content Management Systemen, APIs, CDN, Personalisierung und der Integration von KI, insbesondere Drupal.
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Erfahrungen im Bereich digitaler Medien sind von Vorteil.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und in der Lage, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren.
