- Conduct investigations into doping allegations, ensuring fair and thorough processes.
- Collaborate with anti-doping agencies and sports organizations to combat doping through education and enforcement efforts.
- Develop and enforce legal policies and procedures in accordance with national and international regulations.
- Provide legal counsel on contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and risk management.
- Oversee legal affairs, including drafting contracts and licensing agreements.
- Master's degree in Law.
- 5-10 years experience in a Sport Federation.
- Good knowledge of anti-doping and related disciplinary procedures.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
