SALES OPERATIONS LEAD

ROLE:

  • Sales Strategy & Process Optimization_
  • Engage with and develop our CRM solution for multiple sales organizations across a dynamic renewable energy business, including enterprise sales, inside sales, sales development, renewals/account management and advisory services
  • Partner with Sales leadership to define Fiscal Year Strategy & Planning including capacity modelling, org structure, go to market motion, KPIs, HC requirements, investments, and systems training needed for success in all segments.
  • Lead the development and management of our CRM system (SalesForce and other tools including Calendly, Cognism, Salesloft, & RingCentral) to enable our sales team, drive reporting, maintain data hygiene and adapt for changing business needs
  • Data Analysis and Reporting_
  • Develop a weekly sales reporting meeting between sales leadership and executive leadership to keep the business up to date on sales KPIs, performance and pipeline development
  • Lead data governance/stewardship for Sales and how they interact with business partners including evolving all processes, Rules of Engagement (ROEs), handoffs, and systems to measure execution and forecast in each business segment.
  • Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management_
  • Deliver Operational Excellence in Pipeline, Forecast, and Reporting by delivering analytics and insights to Sales, Marketing and Finance leadership that measure key business drivers and individual sales members performance.
  • Support in defining and driving the near term and long term strategy for Pexapark's Sales Operations organization including hiring and structuring the Sales Operations team to match business scale for the next 3 years.
  • Sales Enablement_
  • Help build a compensation strategy that drives performance for a 'growth mindset' by delivering a full, recommended compensation to compete for top talent in partnership with the Total Rewards & Finance Sales teams, maintain weekly sales incentive compensation data and prepare quarterly incentive payments in coordination with payroll, finance and accounting.
  • Partner with our enablement team to ensure effective enablement and new hire training organization to support each segment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AT PEXAPARK:

  • 4+ years of experience managing sales operations, CRM strategy and analytics
years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Data Science in fast-paced growth companies

  • Experience with high growth SaaS organizations with targets based on annual recurring revenue
  • Experience with a matrix and multilocation organization, working with multiple reporting lines and mangers to develop our front office
  • Strong analytical background having driven data based projects to drive decision making
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM, excel and experience with Pardot is preferred but not essential, other sales enablement tools a plus
  • Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results within required deadlines.
  • Fluent English, other major European language (German, Spanish) a plus.
