**Vos missions au quotidien**:
Société Générale Private Banking (SGPB), banque privée de gestion de fortune, du groupe Société Générale, est présente dans 11 pays à travers le monde. Société Générale Private Banking (Suisse) SA, appartient au réseau SGPB basé en Suisse. Elle offre des services de gestion de patrimoine à une clientèle d'entrepreneurs et de particuliers fortunés. Société Générale Private Banking (Suisse) SA propose l'expertise globale en ingénierie patrimoniale internationale ainsi que dans une large gamme de solutions d'investissements.

**Mission principale**:
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale, vous assistez le pôle Business Management dans l'ensemble de ses missions au quotidien. En interagissant avec les différents départements au sein de la banque, cette mission vous permettra d'acquérir une compréhension du fonctionnement d'une banque privée internationale tout en approfondissant votre expérience professionnelle au sein d'un grand groupe bancaire.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Création et maintien de la base de données pour l'ensemble des missions de la Direction Commerciale en tant que Master Data Owner
- Création et mise à jour de reportings:

- Pour le suivi de l'activité commerciale pour le Senior Management
- Pour le suivi des indicateurs de maîtrise des risques des équipes commerciales
- Contrôle de la qualité des données au sein des différents systèmes commerciaux et de gestion des risques
- Monitoring de l'activité au quotidien, incluant:

- Contacts réguliers avec les Desk Heads et les équipes du Front
- Lancement et suivi des nouveaux projets liés à la data quality
- Elaboration et entretien des tableaux de bords de l'activité commerciale
- Gestion commerciale de projets réglementaires (CRS, FATCA, ESG)
- Participation à la gestion et vérification des indicateurs de risque et de surveillance permanente pour l'ensemble des équipes commerciales et suivi des contrôles internes de la Direction Commerciale
- Gestion de certaines tâches quotidiennes / périodiques de la Direction Commerciale
- Gestion des plans de remédiation ad-hoc (identification, planification, implémentation, suivi)
- Forte interaction et communication avec l'ensemble des équipes commerciales ainsi que les départements supports (Opérations, Compliance, Fiscalité, Risque, Sales Management)

**Etudes & expérience**:

- Bachelor / Master d'une Ecole de Commerce/formation universitaire min. Bac +4 avec spécialisation gestion d'entreprise, banque
- Minimum 3 années d' expérience dans un rôle similaire dans un cadre international

**Compétences linguistiques**:

- Français et Anglais - niveau bilingue (écrit et oral)
- Une autre langue, un atout

**Compétences techniques, opérationnelles et comportementales**:

- Parfaite maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Expertise Excel / VBA
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et gestion du temps
- Faire preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur et de précision
- Bonnes capacités d'adaptation
