Key Account Manager

Nous recherchons pour un client grand compte un key account manager à temps pleins en CDI ( H/ F).

Poste:

- Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients et développer votre portefeuille d'activités avec eux
- Etablir votre stratégie de réponses aux appels d'offres, construire et proposer les solutions les plus adaptées
- Mettre en place une démarche de prospection pour élargir votre périmètre d'intervention
- Qualifier les besoins de vos interlocuteurs en termes de conseil en technologies et transformation digitale
- Collaborer avec les équipes de recrutement pour détecter et recruter les futurs collaborateurs et avec les équipes RH pour accompagner les consultants sur votre périmètre (suivi de mission, points réguliers)
- Participer aux coachings et conseiller les consultants sur leurs perspectives de carrière

Profil:
Autonome et appréciant le travail en équipe, vous disposez d'une bonne expérience sur une activité commerciale et managériale dans le secteur du conseil en technologies et de la transformation digitale.

Vous faites preuve d'un esprit entrepreneurial particulièrement développé.

Vous avez également une bonne maîtrise des secteurs Banque et Assurance et connaissez leurs thématiques actuelles et orientations à venir.

Vous vous démarquez par une forte autonomie et une capacité à être force de proposition pour détecter les besoins et proposer les solutions adaptées à leurs attentes.

Vous avez démontré une très bonne gestion du temps et maîtrise de votre organisation

Vos autres atouts:

- Issu d'une formation supérieure (école de commerce, Bachelor en informatique ou équivalent)
- Capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et à forts enjeux (multi métiers, multi intervenants...) en forte autonomie
- Excellent relationnel et très bon communicant
- Sens des responsabilités et du résultat
- Expérience de minimum 5 ans avérés dans les services informatiques et la transformation digital
- Résidence Suisse ou volonté d'y résider à l'entrée en fonction
- Mobilité Suisse romande (Genève / Vaud / Valais)
- Français et Anglais courant: B2 + ; la maitrise de l'Allemand est un plus ( B1 )
