AWS Customer Solutions Manager (CSM)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drive revenue, adoption, and support for small- to enterprise-level customers including public sector organizations. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies, emphasizing world-class support for customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate customer cloud adoption and drive value from cloud investments
  • Ensure cloud enablement readiness, drive migrations, lead digital transformations, and realize benefits for customers
  • Focus on driving customer people and operating model change for effective AWS adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud business cases and establish vision/roadmaps
  • Advocate for customers, resolve migration blockers, create paths to value realization

Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience driving large-scale IT programs and delivering transformations for enterprises
  • Track record of developing digital strategies and facilitating realization of business goals
  • Executive presence, effective communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and operations excellence
  • SCRUM/Agile, PMP, Prince2, PgMP, Six Sigma, SAFe certified or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certification(s) with cloud implementation experience
  • Experience with global financial services customers
  • Proficiency in Software DevOps and Cloud Operating Models
  • Previous work within a public cloud sales organization
  • MBA degree or equivalent
