Your mission at Climeworks as the Process Owner Procurement (for IT) is to be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the procurement process within the organization with a strong focus towards IT interfaces.


  • You evaluate, implement, and manage procurement technology tools and features, ensuring they are properly configured and integrated for best performance.
  • You analyze, streamline, and continually improve the procurement process to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall procurement performance, and you assure the appropriate use and best performance of our ERP system.
  • You enable, collect and analyze procurement data to create reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and you support strategic initiatives.
  • You create and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of procurement professionals and ensure they stay updated on best practices. You act as a liaison between procurement, IT/DevOps and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and gather feedback.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • You have more than 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or operations.
  • You have strong analytical and process management skills.
  • You are proficient in procurement technology and software.
  • You are business fluent in English and your strong communication skills set you apart.
