Du planst und erstellst hochwertige Videos und Bilder für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle. Dabei bist du nicht nur hinter der Kamera aktiv, sondern trittst auch selbstbewusst vor die Kamera, um authentische Inhalte zu produzieren. Du verstehst es, visuelle Effekte und Animationen in deine Projekte zu integrieren und sicherst die technische Qualität und Konsistenz des produzierten Contents unter Berücksichtigung von CI/CD-Richtlinien. Deine Arbeit auf Social Media Plattformen wie TikTok und Instagram ist zielgerichtet und innovativ. Du koordinierst Content-Projekte von der Planung bis zur Veröffentlichung und bringst stets kreative und zielgruppenorientierte Ideen ein. Dabei hast du immer den Nutzen für unsere User und den Mehrwert für die Institution im Blick. Du verfolgst aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen in der Foto- und Videografie sowie im Social Media Bereich und partizipierst aktiv am Fach-Dialog in der kreativen Community.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Content-Produktion: Planung und Erstellung von hochwertigen Videos, Bildern, Bannern, Postern, Flyern und institutionellen Dokumenten für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle.
  • Videografie und Motion Graphics: Erstellen und produzieren von audiovisuellen Inhalten: Videos (Script, Dreh, Schnitt) sowie Erstellung und Integration von Animationen und anderen visuellen Effekten.
  • Fotografie: Durchführung von Fotoshootings für Porträts, Räumlichkeiten und Events.
  • Social Media: Planung und Umsetzung von Content für Social Media Plattformen wie TikTok und Instagram. Bereitschaft, selbst vor die Kamera zu treten und authentische Inhalte zu produzieren.
  • Kreative Gestaltung: Entwicklung von ansprechenden und zielgruppenorientierten Visualisierungen.
  • Nutzung professioneller Software: Beherrschung der Adobe Creative Suite Software: Photoshop (FireFly), Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects sowie DaVinci Resolve und Canva.
  • Projektmanagement: Koordination und Umsetzung von Content-Projekten von der Planung bis zur Veröffentlichung.
  • Technische Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der technischen Qualität und Konsistenz des produzierten Contents, unter Berücksichtigung von Corporate Design (CD) und Corporate Identity (CI) Richtlinien.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Mediamatik, Mediengestaltung, Film, Videoproduktion oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Videos und Fotos.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) und DaVinci Resolve.
  • Vertrautheit mit Social Media Plattformen wie TikTok und Instagram.
  • Kreativität und ein gutes Auge für visuelle Details.
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Integration von visuellen Effekten und Animationen.
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit.
  • Hohes Mass an Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, dich in neue Technologien und Aufgaben einzuarbeiten.
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen und Arbeit für Shootings ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten, vereinzelt auch an Wochenenden (wird kompensiert).
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
