Visual Marketing Specialist

For our new computational web platforms, we are seeking applicants for the post as
Visual Marketing SpecialistSchmid & Partner Engineering AG (SPEAG), together with its partner organizations Foundation for Research on Information Technologies in Society (IT'IS), ZMT Zurich MedTech AG (ZMT), and TI Solutions AG (TI Solutions), form the Zurich43 alliance. Z43's dedicated mission is to expand the knowledge and technology for (i) characterization, optimization, and application of the electromagnetic near-field, (ii) predictive modeling of interactions between physical agents and physiology in complex anatomies, and (iii) medical applications.
We are looking for a smart, energetic and passionate Visual Marketing Specialist who is an engineer at heart and wants to spearhead the branding efforts of our computational platforms.
Your challenges:- Gain a solid understanding of our computational platforms and their unique application areas
- Translate technical input into compelling visual content, including videos, infographics, and other multimedia content, for marketing channels (websites, social media, email campaigns, print advertising materials)
- Develop and implement an innovative marketing campaign, working closely with our web, product development and sales teams
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decisions and gain a competitive advantage
- Use analytic tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns leveraging data-driven insights to improve effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design
- Proven experience in Visual Marketing
- Engineering is part of your mindset and DNA
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and creation of stunning visuals a must
- Solid understanding of web analytics and ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with web design principles, with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to new (web) technologies and marketing trends
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the highest quality standard of work
- Self-motivation, good organizational and communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, friendly personality, and team-spirit
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, to work independently in a fast-paced setting, and to meet tight deadlines
- Commitment to effectively respond to the needs of partners and customers
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), ability to communicate in German is a plus
