To support our ICT management, we are looking for an experienced, communicative, and flexible individual with a strong technical background and experience in program management.
This key role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to manage our IT project portfolio and ensure alignment with the overall IT strategy in collaboration with the IT management. Join us on our journey towards digitalization in administration and science.
Your Challenges with Us- Coordinate and align IT projects according to our IT strategy
- Ensure the necessary conditions for timely and budget-appropriate project execution
- Analyze and optimize processes to implement our IT strategy
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing IT processes on a technical and procedural level
- Work closely with technical teams to align projects with strategic requirements and deliver the desired results for our customers
- Monitor IT security aspects in IT processes and the overall IT strategy
- Develop and implement security measures with the IT security team
- Support in budgeting technological and human resources in projects and programs
- Efficient and optimized resource allocation with IT, HR, and Controlling
- Detailed reporting on the productivity of IT projects and services
- Present to management and other relevant stakeholders
Ideally, you have a degree in computer science (Informatik HF or FH, business informatics studies, etc.) or a comparable education. Additionally, several years of experience in process optimization and IT strategy are desirable. You have proven experience in project and possibly program management and are able to leverage your analytical skills to connect technical and business requirements.
Your strong communication skills, paired with the ability to present complex technical matters clearly, allow you to excel in a team-oriented environment. Your solid IT knowledge and ongoing interest in current technology trends and innovations also lead to high acceptance among our IT specialists.
