To complement our globally active Bus Life Cycle Management Team, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Troubleshooter at our Bellach site.

Are you a trained Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician tired of workshop work? Then you're in the right place with us. This exciting job offers you the opportunity to transition into office work.

• Supporting medium- to long-term customer projects such as modifications or alterations from Aftersales (project timeframe spans years)
• Evaluating technical feasibility with internal and external suppliers and proposing alternative solutions
• Creating and obtaining quotations, schedules, drawings, and documentation for projects
• Planning and organizing the deployment of our service technicians, partners, and suppliers
• Ensuring warranty processing and invoicing with suppliers and customers
• Assisting in handling customer inquiries and complaints in German and French
• Selling services to customers including quotation and invoicing

• Technical basic training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Agricultural Machinery Mechanic, or Construction Machinery Mechanic
• Commercial further education advantageous or willingness to do so
• Good language skills in German and French (English skills advantageous)
• High organizational ability even in hectic situations
• Vehicle knowledge in the bus sector advantageous
• Flexibility is expected and offered
