_ Medical Governance Manager (Hybrid Role)_:

Key responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Responsible for completion of certification of materials (Copy Approval) for release to use in Switzerland
  • Develops and implements Management Monitoring plan for the Medical Department
  • Performs independently Management Monitoring's (MM) according to schedule and report results
  • Ensures MM related to key medical processes in Swiss LOC can be executed by organizing meetings and supporting Business Owners in judgement of findings and writing reports/defining CAPA's
  • Ensures the LOC is prepared for Medical Department independent business monitoring reviews, internal audits, and inspections, providing support and advise as required
  • Supports the business by answering questions related to medical governance / scientific engagement and local regulations
  • Promotes together with the other members of the Medical Governance team a valuebases compliance culture trough communication and training initiatives
  • Works closely with the European Governance team
  • Takes over management of projects

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Master degree ( Life science, pharmacy, quality management )
  • 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (governance, copy approval or compliance)
  • Knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical environment
  • Project Management capabilities
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills required, additional skills in French are of advantage
