**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Die Position beinhaltet die Unterstützung der operativen Leitung des Masterprogramms in Banking and Finance (MBF-HSG) und Positionierung des MBF-HSG als international führendes finanzwirtschaftliches Masterprogramm. Die Tätigkeiten der Position umfassen Programmmarketing, Programmentwicklung, Betreuung von Studierenden, Dozierenden, Alumni und Sponsoren sowie die Organisation von Events und die Unterstützung der administrativen und akademischen Programmleitung.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Universitätsabschluss (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom)
- Ausgeprägte Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Initiative, leistungsbereite und integre Persönlichkeit
- Internationale Erfahrung, idealerweise im universitären Bereich
- Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
