We offer a Residency position providing postgraduate training in veterinary pathology.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribution to the Institute's post mortem diagnostic service
  • Contribution to the Institute's biopsy and cytology diagnostic service
  • Contribution to collaborative research projects

Your profile:

  • EUrecognised veterinary degree
  • Interest in pathology and in postgraduate training in this discipline
  • If possible, a completed dissertation (Dr. med. vet., PhD) and scientific publication(s)
  • Very good English and German skills (spoken and written)

What we offer:

  • Training in all aspects of diagnostic veterinary pathology, including forensic pathology and digital photodocumentation
  • Work in a large diagnostic team and with a broad range of species
  • Qualification for the certifying examination of the European College of Veterinary Pathologists
