About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a trainee in veterinary pathology at the University of Zurich.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Institute's post mortem diagnostic service, working closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality diagnostic services to our clients.
- Contribute to the Institute's biopsy and cytology diagnostic service, utilizing your skills and knowledge to provide accurate and timely diagnoses.
- Contribute to collaborative research projects and undergraduate teaching, sharing your expertise and passion for veterinary pathology with our students and colleagues.
Your Profile
- You hold an EU-recognised veterinary degree and have at least 12 months of postgraduate veterinary work experience, either in practice or working towards a doctoral degree.
- You have a strong interest in pathology and postgraduate training in this discipline, with a proven track record of scientific publication(s), such as a completed dissertation (Dr. med. vet., PhD).
- You possess very good English and German skills, both spoken and written, and are able to communicate effectively with our team and clients.
