Overview of Role


Do you want the chance to collaborate with a global community of marketing and communication professionals? Then join our international Corporate Affairs Team in Zurich or Geneva.

We are searching for support within the whole range of Marketing and Communication with a focus on internal communication, digital content and marketing analytics.

This exciting internship will last for a period of six months with a preferred start date of February 2023.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and tracking marketing reporting dashboards for website, event and social media data
  • Drafting of various communications and campaigns
  • Creating and aligning internal and external presentations according to branding guidelines
  • Recording and editing of podcasts and short videos
  • Support at organisation and execution of internal and external events
  • General support to the Corporate Affairs department
Education and Qualifications

  • You have just or nearly finished your Bachelor (BA/BSc) or Master Degree (MA/MSc), with a major in communication and/or marketing or other associated degrees with a proven interest in a Marketing career
  • Ideally gained first work experience in a related function
  • Experience in writing content
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Experience/general passion for Marketing
  • Excellent skills in English and German (written and spoken), French and any other European languages are a plus
  • Affinity for the digital and social media
  • Understanding for analytics and KPIs
  • Flair for video and photography
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent interpersonal skills must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and multitask
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
  • Team player
  • Flexibility, "cando" attitude, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
