Solution Architect Customer Service, Sales

In this key role as a solution architect, you will work in the architecture team and develop future-oriented solutions in close cooperation with the business units, various software development teams, and enterprise architecture.
Tasks:
- You will shape numerous projects along the digital transformation path by providing advice and necessary solutions.
- You take a central role in planning and designing solution architectures, examine implementation ideas, and consider feasibility, quality, security, and costeffectiveness.
- In collaboration with the business unit and enterprise architecture, you design the further development of CRM IT systems and their integration into our IT landscape.
- You analyse existing solutions and define the architecture that can meet business needs. You also clarify technical feasibility and support technical implementation within DevOps teams.
Your profile:
- To quickly familiarize yourself with the diverse range of tasks, you have a technical education in computer science (BSc, MSc)
- Ideally you have experience in designing and implementing solutions within the CRM environment.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of software development and can demonstrate experience in designing IT solution architectures.
- You are familiar with data modelling and analysis and have practical experience in this area.
- You enjoy working agile (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps) and continuously developing yourself.
- Very good French or German skills as well as good English skills complete your profile.
