Overview

We are in search of an international Sales Manager for Life Cycle Support to join our 6-person LCS sales team. Our department is responsible for ensuring the sale of our entire portfolio throughout the system's life cycle. This encompasses maintenance, service calls, training, and spare parts. Our reach is global, and our goal is to bolster the new equipment sales team to cater to all our customers' service requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for incoming orders in the designated sales regions (USA, Brazil)
  • Customer acquisition and support within the Life Cycle Support domain
  • Proposing and calculating offers related to the SKAN-LCS portfolio (After Sales)
  • Reviewing contracts and facilitating handover to executing departments
  • Managing LCS customer projects and maintaining data
  • Collaborating with agents
  • Participating in trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Travel involvement: regular customer visits preferred

Hardskills

  • Completion of an engineering degree (mechanical engineering, process engineering, ventilation engineering, etc.) is mandatory
  • Strong technical knowledge is crucial
  • Sales background in plant engineering for the pharmaceutical sector (GMP) is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in English for business
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office CRM system C4C is a plus
