In dieser Funktion rapportieren Sie direkt an die Leiterin Produktion. Zusammen mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie die Qualität & Compliance innerhalb Heineken Schweiz sicher. Neben der Qualitätssicherung in der Brauerei (chemisch-technische und mikrobiologische Laboranalysen) gehört auch die Qualität im Gesamtunternehmen zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben.

**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**:

- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von 4-5 Personen (Labor
- sowie Qualitätsspezialisten)
- Verantwortung für die Quality Systems im Gesamtunternehmen wie IFS Food Standards & ISO Richtlinien
- Leitung und Umsetzung von NPI Projekten auf Brauereiebene
- Vorantreiben und Führen der Verbesserungssäule PQ (TPM Methode)
- Entwickeln und Bereitstellen von Managementinformationen und Reports
- Führung des HACCP-Steering Committee
- Ansprechperson für lebensmittelrechtliche Fragen
- Verantwortung für die Reklamationen in Bezug auf die Produkte (eigene und Import)
- Entwickeln einer E2E- und verbraucher-/konsumorientierten Qualitätsvision (Aktivitäten, Prozesse, Organisationsstruktur)
- Mitglied in internationalen Fachgruppen innerhalb der Heineken-Gruppe

**Anforderungen**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie und im Qualitätsmanagement
- Höhere Berufsbildung (Lebensmittelingenieur, Braumeister)
- Erfahrung im Bereich Lebensmittelrecht sowie Erfahrung im Bereich ISO, IFS-Standards
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines kleinen Teams
- Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
- Freude an abteilungsinterner sowie abteilungs
- und funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Erfahrung in Verbesserungsmethoden wie TPM/Lean/Six Sigma wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Excel, SAP und PowerBI
- Kommunikationsstärke, sowohl auf der Arbeitsebene als auch im und zum Management
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
