- **Recherche Utilisateur**
- Mener des études et des recherches utilisateur pour comprendre les besoins, les comportements et les attentes des citoyens et des employés du secteur public.
- Analyser les données quantitatives et qualitatives pour identifier les points de douleur et les opportunités d'amélioration.
- **
Conception Centrée Utilisateur**
- Concevoir des wireframes, des maquettes et des prototypes interactifs en tenant compte des besoins des utilisateurs et des contraintes réglementaires.
- Créer des parcours utilisateurs (user journeys) et des personas basés sur des recherches approfondies.
- **
Accessibilité et Inclusion**
- Assurer la conformité avec les normes d'accessibilité (WCAG) pour garantir que les services publics sont accessibles à tous les citoyens, y compris les personnes en situation de handicap.
- Intégrer les principes de conception inclusive dans tous les aspects du travail de design.
- **
Tests Utilisateurs**
- Planifier et réaliser des tests utilisateurs pour évaluer la facilité d'utilisation et l'efficacité des interfaces.
- Analyser les résultats des tests et itérer les designs en fonction des retours des utilisateurs.
- **
Collaboration Interdisciplinaire**
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs, les chefs de projet, les responsables de la sécurité informatique et d'autres parties prenantes pour s'assurer que les solutions de design sont réalisables et alignées avec les objectifs du projet.
- Participer à des ateliers et des sessions de brainstorming pour générer des idées et des solutions créatives.
- **
Documentation et Communication**
- Documenter les processus de design, les décisions et les justifications pour les partager avec les équipes et les parties prenantes.
- Communiquer efficacement les concepts de design et les résultats de recherche aux décideurs et aux non-spécialistes.
- **
Amélioration Continue**
- Suivre les tendances et les meilleures pratiques en matière de design UX pour intégrer les dernières innovations dans le travail quotidien.
- Évaluer et améliorer en continu les interfaces existantes basées sur les retours des utilisateurs et les évolutions technologiques.

**Profil**:

- ** Techniques de Recherche** : Expertise dans les méthodologies de recherche utilisateur, y compris les entretiens, les sondages, les tests A/B, et les études de cas.
- ** Outils de Design** : Maîtrise des outils de design et autres logiciels de prototypage.
- ** Connaissances en Accessibilité** : Compréhension approfondie des normes et des pratiques d'accessibilité web.
- ** Pensée Critique et Résolution de Problèmes** : Capacité à analyser des problèmes complexes et à proposer des solutions efficaces.
- ** Communication** : Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale pour articuler clairement les concepts de design.
- ** Collaboration** : Aptitude à travailler efficacement au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles et à faciliter les discussions et les ateliers de co-création.
