YOUR TASKS:
- Work crossfunctionally with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Researchers to shape and innovate features
- Dissect problems and product requirements into great UX solutions that fit the product and complete features in time and budget
- Deliver modern and consistent visual design
- Develop and maintain the design system for job publications for and
- Plan and conduct tactical research such as usability testing or user interviews under supervision in collaboration with our UX Researchers
- Formulate and test simple hypotheses with quantitative experiments
- Assist the facilitation of collaborative group activities and workshops
- Working in a team of three UX Designers and reporting directly to the Head of UX Design
YOUR SKILLS:
- Skilled in design principles, typography, color, and layouts for crossdevice
- Familiarity with common UX metrics and how to measure and interpret them
- Able to write engaging, onbrand UX copy with good command of spelling and grammar
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in crossfunctional teams
- Able to work proactive both independently and within a team
- At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer and a portfolio that demonstrates this
- Fluent in German or French, very good English skills
