For our client in Zurich we are looking for a Research Associate to support biology characterization and implication of different approaches to deliver drugs to the tumor environment.

With the arrival of new molecules we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to support our team during this peak time

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible to address topics and perform tasks that are necessary to successfully achieve the objectives of the project
  • Proactively execute assays necessary for the project
  • Develop and implement new assays necessary for the success of the project
  • Perform data collection, analysis and interpretation
  • Independent design and facilitation of studies

Your profile:

  • University degree in biology or chemistry
  • Bachelors or Masters
  • One or more years of handson experience with functional assay development and optimization
  • Proficiency with immune cell characterization techniques (e.g. ELISA, lymphocyte activation, multicolour flow cytometry)
  • Indepth understanding of immune cell biology, cell signaling, and cancer biology
  • Strong handson experience in cellular and molecular biology
  • Highly motivated and flexible to work on challenging frontline projects
  • Previous experience with FACS analysis
  • FlowJo and GraphPad prism
  • An excellent team player with the ability to work independently with exceptional planning and organizational skills
