Your Responsibilities


As our CRM and Analytics Lead, you will serve as the " owner" of our Salesforce CRM system, focusing on its enhancement, maintenance, and improvement in pipeline management and forecasting.

You will leverage your strong analytics abilities to extract valuable insights from Salesforce for management and board reporting, and work with key metrics and analytics to inform management on team performance, sales strategy, and internal reporting.

The role reports into the Head of Commercial Operations based in Zurich, Switzerland, and is part of the Sales & Marketing division at RepRisk.


In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage the Salesforce CRM, ensuring optimization and alignment with business requirements
  • Establish processes for CRM data quality improvements, continous data quality reviews with Sales team, and improvement of pipeline management for financial forecasting
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations to support business processes and enable datadriven decisionmaking
  • Perform data analysis, extracting insights for management and board reporting
  • Define and monitor KPIs, creating visualizations and reports to inform management on team performance and sales strategy
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements within the CRM
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to ensure the platform is utilized effectively and efficiently
  • Manage and lead a team of Salesforce and client experience specialists, to ensure highquality execution of CRM initiatives and client engagement

Qualifications:

You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Salesforce certification: Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator Certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM administration, with a strong focus on Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated expertise in data analysis, metrics and KPIs reporting (e.g., client and sales analytics), forecasting, and visualization tools
  • Prior successful experience in managing and leading teams, promoting collaboration, and achieving success in CRM projects and client engagement initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
