Now, we're on the lookout for a Sales Support in the SECURE Team who is engaging and driven when it comes to qualifying potential leads and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.


What you'll do:

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through various sources, including inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and lead databases.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Conduct first meetings with prospects to qualify the leads, address customer questions, and position the showcase products or services, addressing customer questions and objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
  • Stay updated on key accounts, industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Work closely with sales managers, marketing teams, and other departments to align sales efforts with the company's goals and strategies.

Requirements:

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate it effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize leads and tasks effectively.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to conduct online presentations and use sales technology.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Fluency in English, every other language is a plus
