Your role

  • Are you able to handle multiple priorities successfully with energy and enthusiasm? Are you keen to work in a competitive and dynamic environment, being part of the Remote Sales & Advice CIC Transformation team in shaping the corporate bank of the future? We're looking for someone like that to:
  • Lead and implement practical change-management business projects for RSA CIC organization and as part of the SME Hybrid Bank initiative
  • Support RSA CIC organization and its team leads with runthebank business management issues
  • Represent and foster organizational as well as digital transformation including via the definition of new processes or the streamlining of processes while ensuring a clientcentered approach
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders across business areas and divisions including with the Agile Delivery Organization and act as a key representative of RSA CIC

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

  • As well as onthejob learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.
  • Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, crossbusiness classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

Your team

  • The RSA CIC Transformation team is responsible for the transformation, the implementation and the support of the client servicing model for corporates & institutional clients. It supports front and servicing units and interacts with numerous stakeholders across the whole UBS franchise. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise

  • You need to have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.
  • In particular, you have:
  • organized and able to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- quick-learner, self-motivated and capable of working independently
- always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
- ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes and consensus, while being able to constructively challenge
- ability to anticipate needs of the business, solve complex problems and execute solutions
- a strong understanding and knowledge of UBS, its business segments, opportunities and challenges
- a strong written and verbal communicator, interacting with colleagues at all levels in German and English, French or Italian as an asset
