Your role

  • Do you have an interest in digitalization and in driving our digital wealth management agenda? Are you a people person?
  • We're looking for someone like that to:
  • contribute to our ambition to push client digital adoption and increase digital tool usage of our Wealth Management International (WMI) Client Advisors
- develop & support rollout coordination of digital tools & features within WMI by closely collaborating with the Agile Delivery Organization
- collaborate with our Digital Communication team on the creation of our Digital Product Newsletter & content for our Digital Product pages
- play a part in maintaining the WMI Digital Ambassador Community and support the preparation of our Digital Ambassador Exchange Meetings
- support daily management of digital products and tools for Client Advisors and clients

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

  • As well as onthejob learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.
  • Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, crossbusiness classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

Your team

  • You'll be working in the digital transformation innovation team within Chief of Staff WM EMEA in Zurich. We are a diverse team which covers a wide range of topics including Business Requirements for our Digital Agenda as well as Digital Enablement to increase client and staff digital tool adoption. We cover all of WM EMEA and collaborate with various stakeholders across our markets, the sales organization, group functions or our COO.

Your expertise

  • You need to have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.
  • In particular, you have:
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- a strong interest in digital topics
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person)
