Seit mehreren Jahren hat sich DPR Europe erfolgreich auf dem europäischen Markt beim Bau von Rechenzentren etabliert. Neben der europäischen Zentrale in Amsterdam ist DPR in mehreren Ländern vertreten und betreut aktuell diverse Projekte europaweit, u. a. in Deutschland, der Schweiz und Holland.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Schweizer Teams suchen wir für den Aufbau unserer D-A-CH Region in Zürich und Umgebung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Warranty Manager:
Der Gewährleistungskoordinator ist eine Person innerhalb unseres Unternehmens, die für die Koordination und Verwaltung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen zuständig ist.

Sie sind in der Regel der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, die ein Problem mit unserer Bauleistung haben und einen Gewährleistungsanspruch geltend machen möchten. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Überprüfung des Anspruchs und die Koordination der Reparatur oder des Ersatzes des Produkts.

Sie arbeiten in der Regel eng mit anderen Abteilungen in unserem Unternehmens zusammen, insbesondere mit der Abteilung fuer Arbeitssicherheit sowie fuer Vertragsrecht/Risko. Sie sind auch dafür verantwortlich, die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden aufrechtzuerhalten und sicherzustellen, dass der Kunde über den Fortschritt seines Gewährleistungsanspruchs informiert wird. Hierzu werden Sie auf einem internen IT basierten Managementplattform intensiv geschult.

Waehrend der Fertigstellung unserer Bauleistung, werden Sie unsere Nachunternehmer fruehzeitig auf der Managementplattform anlegen und entsprechend schulen.

Insgesamt trägt der Gewährleistungskoordinator dazu bei, die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten und das Vertrauen der Kunden in unser Unternehmen zu stärken, indem er sicherstellt, dass Gewährleistungsansprüche schnell und effizient bearbeitet werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Kundenorientierte Betreuung von Bauprojekten in der Gewährleistungsphase
- Prüfung des Vertrags
- und Leistungssolls
- Beurteilung und Qualifizierung der erfassten Mängel
- Durchführung von Objektbegehungen sowie Dokumentation der Mängel während der Gewährleistungsfristen
- Beurteilung und Qualifizierung der erfassten Mängel
- Durchsetzung von Mängelbeseitigungsansprüchen im Rahmen der Gewährleistung
- Rechtskonforme Veranlassung von Mängelbeseitigungen im Rahmen der Gewährleistungsfristen
- Veranlassung von Ersatzvornahmen
- Koordination und Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung
- Systematische und projektbezogene Dokumentation sämtlicher Gew
- hrleistungsfälle
- Pflege der Gewährleistungsfristen / -daten und Erstellung von entsprechenden Berichten
- Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
- Begehung von Bauprojekten vor Ablauf der Gewährleistungsfristen
- Mitwirkung bei der internen Freigabe der Auszahlung der Gewährleistungseinbehalte bzw. der Bürgschaften nach Prüfung der Mängelfreiheit
- Mitwirkung bei der Datenaufnahme aus Bauprojekten ins VueOPs
- Fungiert bei Bedarf als Verbindungsglied zu anderen funktionalen Unterstützungsbereichen des Unternehmens, z. B. EHS, Qualität, Risiko usw.
- Know-How Transfer zur Fehlervermeidung
