Azienda storica, ma con un brillante e dinamico animo da start-up
**Mansioni**
In qualità di Key Account Manager si occuperà della **fidelizzazione** e dello **sviluppo** del mercato tedesco (Germania).
Contribuisce attivamente alla soddisfazione e alla fidelizzazione del cliente.
La visione commerciale non deve essere mirata (esclusivamente) alla vendita ma **al servizio offerto a 360 gradi.**
Seguirà i **progetti** con i clienti e ne curerà l'intero iter e la gestione durante la "vita" del progetto.
Studia e analizza le richieste dei clienti e la loro ammissibilità fornendo soluzioni in linea con le aspettative dei clienti.
Diventerà **interlocutore privilegiato** tra il cliente e l'azienda.
**Requisiti**
- Buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza di excel e power point (o altri strumenti per le presentazioni)
- Proattività e spirito di iniziativa
- Voglia di mettersi in gioco
- Flair commerciale
**SEDE DI LAVORO** Mendrisiotto + trasferte (principalmente Germania)
