Job Description

  • Development and Management of the team
  • Capacity planning and coordination of laboratory tasks
  • Process optimization in the laboratory
  • Supporting the staff in technical issues
  • Ensuring ontime delivery of analytical results acc. to pharmacopoeias (USP, Ph.
Eur., JP and Ch.
P.)

  • Handling of OOS/OOE cases, deviations and customer complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements
  • Contact person for customer audits and inspections by authorities
Requirements

  • University or technical college degree in chemistry or physics
  • Solid knowledge of physical chemistry, especially UV/VIS, IR spectroscopy or polarimetry
  • Management experience is required
  • Professional experience in the field of GMP analytics
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
