Description du poste
En tant que Customer Service Manager, vous connaissez la stratégie immobilière définie et gérez l'immeuble de manière globale et en représentant les intérêts du client. En outre, vous êtes la carte de visite du prestataire de services ainsi que la personne de contact pour les utilisateurs et les autres prestataires de services.
Personne de contact pour les utilisateurs dans les bureaux, pour les responsables régionaux du CREM ainsi que pour les fournisseurs régionaux de gestion commerciale (KFM)
Responsabilité et contrôle de la gestion opérationnelle des objets ainsi que des différents Providers sur site (services, données immobilières, zones / utilisateurs)
Organisation et validation des déménagements, y compris l'acceptation si nécessaire
Responsabilité pour occupation intégrale et efficace des bâtiments en consultation avec le client
Coordination et traitement des demandes de places de stationnement, en contact avec le prestataire KFM
Approbation et lancement de mesures non planifiées
Contrôler et suivre l'évolution du portefeuille régional et prioriser les actions sur la base de la stratégie client et du cahier des charges
Coordonner, réexaminer, prioriser et valider des mesures planifiées sous forme de projets
S'assurer du respect des objectifs budgétaires
Vérifier et assurer le standard de qualité requise, y compris la mise en œuvre des mesures correctives nécessaires
Description du profil
Formation technique ou commerciale de base au niveau CFC ou études en Facility Management avec une expérience dans l'industrie.
Expérience professionnelle en gestion d'installations ou en gestion immobilière (syndic de construction/architecte/ingénieur HLKS) ou en gestion immobilière et/ou stratégie immobilière.
Une formation en gestion d'entreprise est un avantage
Vous avez une façon de penser en réseau, une compréhension technique et une méthode de travail proactive, systématique et indépendante.
Votre apparence est convaincante et vous avez un bon sens de la communication ainsi qu'un excellent sens de la négociation et de l'organisation.
Vous êtes une personnalité équilibrée et engagée avec une forte orientation client et service.
Très bonne connaissance du français, allemand B2 minimum
Très bonne connaissance de MS-Office
