**Senior Director Advanced Solutions (m/w/d), Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung**

Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- P&L Verantwortung für den Bereich Advanced Solutions (AS) / VAD (Value Added Distribution) Geschäft
- Senior Relationship Management mit Herstellern und Partnern im AS Bereich
- Unterstützung bei Grossprojekten mit den jeweiligen Herstellern und Partnern
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der strategischen Ausrichtung der Business Unit in Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Country Management Team, dem regionalen Management Team, und den wichtigsten europäischen Führungskräften
- Identifizieren von Marktwachstumschancen, diese nutzen und ausschöpfen, Marktanteile gewinnen, um gemeinsam die Budget Ziele zu erreichen
- Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Coaching der ca. 80 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich AS in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen AS Management-Team
- Umsetzung unserer "Servant Leaderhip in Action", Vorleben unserer Werte, Mitgestalten unserer Kultur
- Vertreter:in des Bereichs AS in der lokalen Geschäftsleitung und im regionalen AS Management Team

Deine Expertise
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der P&L Verantwortung, Business Planung, Strategische Entwicklung, Sales-Verhandlungen und Mitarbeiterführung im IT Umfeld / IT Partnergeschäft (von Vorteil)
- Macher:in, vernetzte:r Denker:in, Zahlenmensch, Kommunikator:in
- Ausgeprägter Sinn für Verantwortung und Verantwortlichkeit, für Details und Genauigkeit
- Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch
- und Englisch und auf allen Ebenen/Stufen - weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du bist eine proaktive Persönlichkeit, die es mag, aktiv mitzugestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen - die hohe Sozial - und Selbstkompetenzen mitbringt, die die Herausforderungen des Business annimmt und sich gerne mit alltäglichen und nicht alltäglichen Situationen auseinandersetzt, um erfolgreich und gemeinsam mit den Teams Lösungsansätze auszuarbeiten und umzusetzen
