for its global Pharma Division Headquarter based in Allschwil- Basel.

Primary Job Function:

An exciting opportunity where you will have the main responsibility of managing EPD's divisional planning system (SAC) and overseeing yearly tasks related to budget transfers, Master Data Management, and transfer pricing setting. You will collaborate with EPD country and area Finance counterparts and other functional stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain EPD planning systems, ensuring data integrity, creating templates, solving tickets, and escalating technical support when needed
  • Perform month-end activities like journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close
  • Lead divisional submission for transfer pricing process, supporting troubleshooting activities
  • Coordinate annual budget transfers
  • Manage Global Product and Geographic hierarchy planning
  • Drive process enhancements, develop standard reports and dashboards, and lead key divisional projects

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) preferred

Minimum Experience/Training Required:

  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, general accounting, or financial reporting
  • Proficiency with SAC Planning tool (or equivalent) is a must
  • Background in the Pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
  • Experience in managing international relations is beneficial

  • Strong technical expertise in managing Information/Planning systems, Data warehouses, and SAP
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail

  • Result-oriented, hands-on, and pragmatic
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Critical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with Financial Statements (P&L / Balance Sheet)
  • Proficient in Excel and strong numerical reasoning skills
  • Excellent command of English, additional languages are a plus
  • Openness to work in an international setting
