**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:
- Personelle und fachliche Führung der Fachgruppe Hardware Development und Product Support mit rund 10 Fachexperten
- Fachliche und persönliche Teamentwicklungs-Themen bezüglich Aus
- und Weiterbildung, Methodik und Zusammenarbeit
- Aktives Coaching der Mitarbeitenden
- Zeitgerechte Bereitstellung der Infrastruktur und Entwicklungswerkzeuge
- Planung und Verfügbarkeit der Personal-Ressourcen
- Sicherstellen des Informationsflusses und der Kommunikation mit Product Management, Risk/Regulatory, Produktion und Lieferanten
- Substantielle Mitarbeit in Projekten und Erstellen von technischen Dokumenten
- Verantwortung für die termingerechte Abgabe der vereinbarten Arbeitspakete in die Projekte unter Einhaltung der qualitativen und quantitativen Anforderungen
- Sicherstellen des interdisziplinären Wissensaustausches
- Definition, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Entwicklungs-Prozesse
- Mitarbeit im Führungsteam HW/SW-Engineering
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ingenieur/in FH/ETH/TU im Bereich Elektronik/Elektrotechnik
- Kundenorientierte, umsetzungsstarke und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Langjährige Berufs
- und ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung im Bereich HW Development
- Know How in der Medizintechnik und in regulierten Bereichen von Vorteil
- Deutsch sehr gut, mind. Level B2, gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
