Your area of responsibility:

  • Facilitate transactions by conducting market research, developing investment strategies, and contributing to investment memoranda.
  • Assist in acquisition processes by coordinating due diligence work streams and managing various aspects such as technical, legal, financial, and regulatory considerations.
  • Support asset managers in monitoring portfolio investments by analysing KPIs and maintaining valuation models.
  • Contribute to companywide initiatives aimed at business growth and efficiency.

Your skills and experience:

  • 1+ years of proven deals experience in M&A or Private Equity across Infrastructure, Energy or Power and Utilities
  • Business fluency in German and English is a must
  • Excellent academic record from a leading university
  • Degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, engineering, maths, sciences or other quantitative field preferred
  • Strong numerical, interpersonal / communications skills, attention to detail
  • Proven initiative, judgement and strong work ethic
