Für unseren Kunden Roche Diagnostics International AG mit Sitz in Rotkreuz suchen wir einen MSAT Mechanical Engineer (m/w/d)
Hintergrund:
Wir suchen eine Technical Engineer im Bereich Global Operations S&C (Sensor & Cartridges). Als Techniker Engineer sind Sie verantwortlich für die Koordination sowie Durchführung von Wartung, Kalibrierung und Instandhaltung für automatisierte Maschinen und Laborequipments im regulierten Umfeld im Schichtbetrieb unter Reinraumbedingungen der ISO Klasse 7. Sie stellen den ganzen Anlagen / Equipment Lebenslauf sicher, von der Inbetrieb- bis zur Ausserbetriebnahme. Sie sind vertraut mit GxP Dokumentationen, Changes und EQ-Meldungen. Die in Schicht betriebenen Produktionen unterstützen Sie bei Störungsbehebungen und leisten Pikettdienst für Notfälle am Wochenende. Sie werden Teil unseres hochqualifizierten S&C Technik Teams von 19 Technical Engineers sein, welches die Produktion des S&C-Portfolios (cobas b123 & cobas b221 Sensoren, klassische Elektroden und deren Reagenzien) unterstützt.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
In Ihrem Arbeitsalltag sind Sie der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für den Support / Instandhaltung der automatisierten Produktion, sowie deren Lokalitäten und Räume. Die Aufteilung Ihrer Aufgaben spiegelt sich zu 70% in planbaren Tätigkeiten wie der permanenten Wartung, Kalibrierung oder Einbau neuer Komponenten in die bestehenden Systeme, sowie 30% in den Fehlerbehebungen und Reparaturen mit anschliessender sauberer Dokumentation wieder.
Für diese Aufgabe suchen wir einen absoluten Teamplayer, welcher durch eine ruhige kommunikative Art überzeugt. Weiter ist eine lokale Nähe zum Arbeitsplatz gegeben durch den Pikettdienst (ca. 8 Wochenenden im Jahr)
• Wartung, Kalibrierung und Instandhaltung für automatisierte Maschinen im regulierten Umfeld
• Koordinieren, planen und durchführen von Änderungen / Verbesserungen an den Anlagen
• Ersatzteilbeschaffung für die Anlagen koordinieren · Dokumente für den Betrieb anpassen (z.B. Arbeitsanweisungen,
Wartungsanweisungen)
• Planen von Wartungsfenstern mit Absprache (Produktion, Site Technik, externen Providern)
• GMP gerecht dokumentieren
• Geräte Inbetriebnahme und Ausserbetriebnahme
• Pikettdienst leisten und Störungsbehebungen
• Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung der Instandhaltung (Industrie 4.0; Predicitive maintenance; papierlose Dokumentation)
Must Haves:
• Mind. abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Automation, Polymechanik, Anlage- und Apparatebauer, Automatiker, Mechatronik, Elektroniker, Elektroinstallateur, Instandhaltungsfachmann
• Mind. 2 Jahre elektrotechnische / mechanische Erfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren (Schaltpläne lesen / Fehleranalyse)
• Erste Erfahrung in der Koordination, Planung und Durchführung von Änderungen an Anlagen
• Erfahrung im technischen Produktionssupport im Störungsfall sowie der anschliessenden Dokumentation
• Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht
• Bereitschaft zum Pikettdienst (gültige Fahrerlaubnis sowie eigener PKW, maximaler Anfahrtsweg 40 Minuten)
• Gute EDV Kenntnisse für die Dokumentation
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse mit guter Grammatik (Dokumentation)
• Teamorientiertes Verhalten
Nice to haves:
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen.
