• Personnel, professional and financial management of the Sales Administration department as the central hub of Sales International for international customers
• Ensuring efficient order processing
• Maintenance and optimisation of master data and work flows
• Responsible for content and organisational design of order processing and logistics in cooperation with the involved departments and production team in Germany
• Dealing with complex deliveries and delivery certifications, and cooperating on logistics issues
• Management of delivery bottlenecks and delays
• Material requirements planning
• Close cooperation with Controlling and Finance
• Active participation in the introduction of SAP S/4HANA
• Maintaining direct contact with partners and end customers in all markets on which Sales International is active
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for what you do
