**What you will do**:

- Personnel, professional and financial management of the Sales Administration department as the central hub of Sales International for international customers
- Ensuring efficient order processing
- Maintenance and optimisation of master data and work flows
- Responsible for content and organisational design of order processing and logistics in cooperation with the involved departments and production team in Germany
- Dealing with complex deliveries and delivery certifications, and cooperating on logistics issues
- Management of delivery bottlenecks and delays
- Material requirements planning
- Close cooperation with Controlling and Finance
- Active participation in the introduction of SAP S/4HANA
- Maintaining direct contact with partners and end customers in all markets on which Sales International is active
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for what you do
