**Le technicien PDM (Product Data Management) a pour mission de gérer les données de base en lien avec la sérialisation, impression et vision dans le respect de la réglementation BPF/cGMPs, des règles d'hygiène, et de sécurité. Il devra se conformer aux procédures définies par le système qualité du site pharmaceutique. Il devra assurer un service d'astreinte.**:
**Qualifications/connaissances exigées**:
- ** Maturité professionnelle **ou formation de technicien** avec expérience en industrie pharmaceutique de 2 ans**
- Avoir une formation initiale de niveau Maturité professionnelle ou une formation de Technicien avec une expérience de 2 ans dans la production dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Connaître l'environnement GMP, et avoir de bonnes connaissances de l'industrie pharmaceutique, notamment dans le secteur des formes solides.
- Avoir une parfaite maîtrise du français et bonne compréhension en anglais (niveau B2).
- Être polyvalent, organisé et rigoureux et avoir de grandes qualités relationnelles afin de collaborer avec les équipes de production ainsi qu'avec les services support.
- Communiquer de façon claire et adaptée avec les services support
- Avoir un esprit critique et être force de proposition dans un but d'amélioration continue.
- Être autonome, curieux et faire preuve d'initiative.
- Avoir un grand sens des relations humaines tant en interne à l'équipe qu'avec les départements support à la production (Maintenance, Qualité, Validation, Logistique, Artwork, Sérialisation).
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques bureautique (MS Office, Excel, Word,)
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques liés à la sérialisation, impression et vision (logiciel de Track&Trace Laetus STTS/SAP ATTP, logiciel création de label, logiciel de vision,)
- Être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques industriels
- Participer à des projets pluridisciplinaires.
- Être capable d'écrire et interpréter des documents techniques.
**Fonctions et responsabilités**:
- Créer et gérer les clichés de la ligne blister (technique d'impression des blisters)
- Approuver les artworks / templates d'impression des données variables
- Gérer les données de base et documents associés en lien avec la sérialisation, impression et vision.
- Représenter l'expertise technique auprès des partenaires (Production, QA, Maintenance Process, MS&T, Validation, etc )
- Se conformer aux directives et instructions définies dans le système qualité de notre site pharmaceutique.
- Contrôler, enregistrer et compléter les documents de travail pré-établis pour assurer un suivi des opérations réalisées.
- Signaler les problèmes techniques aux services support après en avoir fait un premier diagnostic.
- Mettre à jour / créer des documents contrôlés nécessaires liés aux activités.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue en proposant des idées d'amélioration en lien avec les activités quotidienne
- Se conformer aux règles de sécurité et de sûreté du site pharmaceutique.
- Annoncer les situations dangereuses, les presqu'accidents/incidents et les accidents qui pourraient survenir sur le site auprès de son responsable direct et auprès du département HSE / EHS.
