Die Maropack ist Teil der Rommelag-Gruppe und eine führende Dienstleisterin in der pharmazeutischen Industrie mit rund 90 Mitarbeitenden. Maropack ist spezialisiert auf die aseptische Abfüllung mit der Blow-Fill-Seal-Technologie. Mit der eigenen Entwicklung, dem Werkzeugbau und den Inhouse-Abfüllanlagen ist Maropack als CMO eine umfassende Anbieterin zu allen Fragen der aseptischen Abfüllung von Flüssigkeiten. Arbeitsort: Zell (LU)

Aufgaben
- Projektleitung für das in-sourcing neuartiger Produkte wie Biologicals und Impfstoffen an den Standort Zell
- Koordination der Prozessentwicklung für die Abfüllung inklusive des Erstellens der Prozessvalidierungen, Risiko-Analysen, Definition von Spezifikationen und URS.
- Mitwirken an der Equipmentbeschaffung und sicherstellen, dass alles Material für eine kosten
- und termingerechte Abfüllung vorhanden ist
- Single Point of Contact zu den Kunden für die Abwicklung der Projekte
- Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion, Quality und Kunden

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pharmazie, Chemie oder Biologie
- Erste Erfahrung in Transferprojekten (in-sourcing oder out-sourcing) sowie im Projektmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse im regulierten Umfeld (GMP, Annex 1 und ISO
- Organisatorisch stark, analytisch und strukturiert
- Hands-on Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Umsetzungsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken zeichnen Sie aus
