WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop machine learning models for various construction processes.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to identify and address critical construction challenges.
- Analyse large datasets, develop algorithms, and build predictive models to improve construction efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- Conduct experiments and perform testing to validate machine learning models and algorithms.
- Write technical reports, research papers, and documentation to communicate research findings and outcomes to stakeholders.
The Corporate Research Department has a global network of collaborators, allowing our work to have the widest possible reach and impact.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- A PhD or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and programming languages (Python, R, C++ etc.)
- Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing
- Strong analytical skills, problemsolving skills, and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to succeed in a collaborative environment with multiple parties
- Fluency in spoken and written English
