- Collaborating with our Chief Science Officer, you will guarantee the organization and future planning of the work carried out in our technology division.
- You will be in charge of developing and managing timelines for R&D projects, spotting gaps, and addressing risks.
- On a daily basis, you will utilize your project management skills to align various workstreams within the technology unit, laying the foundation for effective R&D activities.
- You will schedule regular progress meetings for relevant stakeholders to update them on project status and challenges.
- Your responsibilities include reporting tasks and escalating issues to the Chief Science Officer.
- You will assist in creating presentation slide-decks for project reviews with the executive team and board of directors.
- Ensuring adequate resourcing for project teams and collaborating with team leaders to address resource gaps effectively will be part of your role.
- You will collaborate with various research fields and departments, including close interaction with the Testing department, understanding the connections between them and the implications of each task on other disciplines.
- You will be accountable for estimating project budgets and closely monitoring them with Finance support.
- You must hold a university degree in a scientific or engineering field (preferably chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or material science).
- Having three to five years of experience in a similar role is a prerequisite.
- Experience in managing early-stage R&D projects (TRL 1-4) is essential.
- You should excel in communication and problem-solving.
- You are adept at handling complex situations and communicating with senior management on intricate subjects.
- Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project and strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- You are proactive and can thrive in fast-paced settings requiring prompt decision-making.
- You are eager to join a leading technology development firm and take on significant challenges that demand innovative thinking.
- You can collaborate effectively with a diverse cross-functional team of experts, scientists, and engineers.
- You are fluent in English for business purposes.
