Position Overview: This position involves leading the team, planning personnel deployment, ensuring financial goals are met, training and onboarding staff, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, managing store operations, conducting audits, monitoring security standards, reviewing cash balances, preparing market/competitor analyses, and regular reporting on goal achievements.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing staff
  • Planning and analyzing goals for business branches
  • Training and onboarding employees
  • Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations
  • Implementing and monitoring organizational processes in stores
  • Conducting audits
  • Regularly checking compliance with security standards
  • Reviewing cash reconciliation and funds
  • Preparing market/competitor analyses
  • Regular reporting, weekly actual vs target comparison regarding objectives


Qualifications:
  • Several years of experience in managing business branches, preferably in a similar market (money transfer, telecommunications, call shops)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Willingness to familiarize with the specific requirements of the money transfer market
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Good command of German and English, additional language skills beneficial
  • Willingness to travel
