**Deine Rolle**:
**Direct Assembly Screws and Securing & Anti-Loosening Elements**

In this position you will build, actively grow and improve a market leading portfolio of products/brands and suppliers for all business units of the Bossard Group.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du bist für die globale Steuerung und Optimierung unseres Portfolios verantwortlich, einschließlich Produkte, Systeme, Dienstleistungen und Lieferanten in der Kategorie Direktschrauben und Sicherungs-/Anti-Lockerungsprodukte.
- Du definierst, unterstützt, überwachst und verwaltest das globale Budget für diese Produktkategorie, um dessen erfolgreiche Erreichung sicherzustellen.
- Du erstellst und führst Markt
- und Lieferantenanalysen durch, um über Markttrends und die Leistung von Lieferanten informiert zu bleiben.
- Du entwickelst und setzt Markt
- und Portfoliokonzepte um, die auf jede Region zugeschnitten sind.
- Du verhandelst (exklusive) Vertriebsrechte mit wichtigen Lieferpartnern für jeden Markt und trägst zur erfolgreichen Entwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen bei.
- Du führst Risikobewertungen durch und setzt Strategien zur Risikominimierung im Zusammenhang mit bestehenden Lieferanten in der Produktgruppe um.
- Du prüfst und bewertest potenzielle neue Lieferanten sowie pflegst und entwickelst bestehende Lieferanten in der Produktgruppe.
- Du arbeitest an der Verbesserung der Marktposition und des Anteils unserer eigenen Marken im Vergleich zu führenden Marken von Drittanbietern.
- Du richtest, überwachst und verwaltest die Marktpreise für Produkte und Marken in dieser Kategorie.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du verfügst über einen Diplom
- oder Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb, Ingenieurwesen oder einer äquivalenten technisch-wirtschaftlichen Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung.
- Du bringst mehr als 10 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Kategorie
- oder Produktmanagement, im Anwendungsingenieurwesen, im Vertrieb oder in verwandten Positionen im Bereich Befestigungstechnik, Industrie oder Fertigung mit.
- Deine Stärken liegen in analytischem und strategischem Denken sowie in der Fähigkeit, Marktdaten und Trends zu interpretieren.
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um internationale Beziehungen mit Lieferanten und internen Interessengruppen aufzubauen.
- Die Nutzung von Datenanalysetools, CRM-Statistiken und gängigen Bürosoftwareanwendungen beherrschst du souverän.
- Du zeichnest dich durch intrinsische Motivation und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln aus, mit einer nachweislichen Erfolgsgeschichte bei der Erreichung und Übertreffung von Zielen.
- Deine Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und zur Leitung von Projekten bis zu deren erfolgreicher Fertigstellung ist ausgeprägt.
- Beachte, dass diese Position eine Reisebereitschaft von etwa 30 % erfordert
