Travelling Consultant

In this position, your main goal is to achieve maximum sales results and ensure that the Retail budget of stores in your area is met.

You will assist in boosting sales of products across all collections by motivating and guiding the Perfumery Beauty Advisor teams on the sales floor.

Your role involves implementing the Brand strategy, offering full support and resources to the stores under your supervision.

  • How you will make a significant impact:
  • La Prairie Luxury Service
  • (Selling / high touch service and CRM)
  • Representing the La Prairie brand, values, and vision while closely collaborating with the Retail Manager to monitor target achievements.
  • Providing expert advice to both local and international customers, understanding their needs through attentive listening.
  • Presenting and illustrating products and application techniques using the La Prairie Art of Service and Art of Beauty methods.
  • Pampering customers with exclusive short treatments and generous programs.
  • Conveying the history, innovation, and values of the La Prairie brand through storytelling.
  • Establishing a loyal customer base and nurturing these important relationships actively.
  • Conducting customer loyalty programs (CRM) and managing customer data effectively.
  • Point of Sale Support
  • Ensuring compliance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Successfully implementing the La Prairie trade plan in your area.
  • Coordinating events and initiatives with retailers.
  • Reporting stock shortages or surpluses to the relevant manager and promoting orders to support sales.
  • Enhancing brand and product knowledge among retailers by conducting training sessions.
  • Taking responsibility for motivating beauty consultants and retailer brand advocates.
  • Administrative tasks
  • Submitting visit reports to the Retail Manager after each store visit.
  • Providing monthly plans to the Retail Manager while prioritizing coverage and support needs effectively.
  • Offering weekly and monthly sales trend reports per store.
  • Creating relevant content to assist retailers.
  • Requirements to be our next ambitious and innovative team member:
  • Extensive experience in the luxury cosmetics industry.
  • Language proficiency in German and English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
  • Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning and development.
  • Positive attitude and demeanor that embodies the values of La Prairie.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with technology, digital CRM tools, and a valid driving license.
  • Location: German and Italian parts of Switzerland.
