Our customer has initiated a global Business Process and ERP and Procurement Program to globally harmonize business processes and systems.

For the ongoing rollout and scale phase, we are looking for a Junior PMO.

Start:
immediately

Duration: 6-12+ months

Location:
Basel

Remote/Onsite:
Remote (few onsite workshops)

Tasks

  • Works closely with Business and IT leads to track project deliverables and tasks
  • Ensure project planning is set up and activities and status is tracked and managed
  • Support governance structure and reporting
  • Prepare top management presentationsStakeholder management and communication

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as PMO in complex projects and programs
  • Knowledge of agile working methods like Scrum and/or SAFe
  • Understanding of project management processes and methods
  • Time management and organizational skills, handson mentality
  • Communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Experienced in using project management tools, such as Smartsheet and Jira
  • Experience in preparation of management presentation, tracking tolls, templates and project frameworks and documentations
  • Excellent skills in English spoken and written

Nice to have:

  • Experience in pharma industry
