  • The role is responsible for actively helping the implementation of any HR policies, systems, projects, and processes with strong change management action.
  • What you'll be doing your accountabilities
  • Provide HR support to assigned client group(s), colleagues and support or lead projects across multiple business segments
  • Deliver both live and virtual HR related sessions and trainings.
  • Utilize and summarize data from reports and dashboards as needed to support business goals.
  • Proactively partner and collaborate across HR Services and regional HR Community share information and provide a solutionoriented mindset to optimize the business value of the HR function.
  • Provide policy interpretation and guidance for complex HR issues.
  • Maintain direct client responsibility and bridges the connection between HR work and business objectives.
  • Takes a proactive approach with the business/clients on anticipating needs, suggesting improvements, and driving the success of the organization.
  • Actively help the implementation of any new HR policies, systems, projects, and processes with strong change management actions
  • Play an active role in delivering the pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies to ensure the adoption of best practice and alignment to the strategic objectives of BT.
  • Responsible for supporting the successful delivery of effective cost management.
  • Owns and implements projects involving HRS/payroll/reward area/ onboarding/ HR Portals.
  • Work in a proactive way with relevant stakeholders and internal clients
  • Designs and implements innovative and effective people solutions and uses research, data and analytics to recommend policy and practice to drive the right outcomes for the business.
  • Delivers the implementation of organizational policies and procedures to ensure required updates in policy are included, and the mission and strategic vision are clearly communicated.
  • Undertakes advanced endtoend processes and systems to best requirements, operational needs, and best value.
  • Active presence in employees' contract management.
  • Active control in HR Administration and work closely with HRSST.
  • Coordinate the HR Process overt the whole EE life cycle in Switzerland and Sweden.
  • SPOC for Health & Safety questions & audits in a cooperation with Facility Management
  • SPOC for Health & Safety questions & audits in a cooperation with Facility Management
  • Managing and maintaining the local time and attendance tool, SPOC for provider

  • Program/Project Management skills or relevant experience
  • Experience working effectively in matrixed, global organization.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, SAP
  • Data Analytics: uses strong analytical skills and intuition to analyze data and interpret business insights and trends. Uses data to support decision making and develops the best solutions.

Language skills:

  • English and German on a fluent level
  • Any European language on a conversational level is an advantage.
  • Experience you'd be expected to have
